If you are looking for a place to stay, Mida Homestay or Rest House is the accommodation for you. Suitably located, a furnish rest house with necessities for a comfortable homestay, this Single storey Semi-Detached will provide the ambiance for you to feel local way of life and activities.

This single storey Semi-Detached rest house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one living room, one family area and a kitchen. You can park your car under the porch or on the large grass covered front lawn.

It is a suitable accommodation for large family or 2 to 3 small families on holiday, gatherings or receiving guests for occasions here in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

The rest house is located not far from the main road to Kota Bharu and within distance to the supermarket, eateries and convenient stores.

The area is fast developing into a hub of commercial activities with a 24 hours shopping area being built close by and open for bussines end of 2011.

It is approximately 1km from a supermarket, Petrol Station, Local Bank, Pizza Hut, Marry Brown and Seven Eleven store, 3km from Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, 8km from the wet and night market (Wakaf Che Yeh night market) and 6 km from town center of Kota Bharu. There are plenty of stalls and shops which sell food (breakfast/lunch/dinner) within one kilometer radius of the house.

Although nestle in the suburban of Kota Bharu, you can still feel the kampung (village) environment. Do strike conversation with our neighbors and you will be surprise of their friendliness and smiles.


Rates

The rates below are in Malaysian Ringgit. Deposit for booking is 50% of the total payment of stay duration. Full Payment have to settle during check-in time.

RM 200.00 per night
(RM 180.00 per night for 2 days and above.)

Rate may negotiable when live for a longer time.

Please note 70% refund is given if cancellation of booking done 1 week before date for weekdays or 2 weeks before date for weekends/holidays. No refund is given if cancellation done after those period.


Terms and Condition

1. Payment is in Malaysian Ringgit either cash or bank-in (Maybank/CIMB/BSN/BIMB/EON account no. will be given).

2. 70% refund is given if cancellation of booking done 1 week before date for weekdays or 2 weeks before date for weekends/holidays. No refund is given if cancellation done after that.

3. Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out 1.00pm.

4. House keeping service is available when requested, from 1.00pm to 2.30pm

5. Cooking is prohibited except using available electric appliances

6. If number of tenant/occupants exceed the number of beds surcharge may be levied (on owner's discretion).

7. Safety of occupants of the house and their property is top priority. Therefore it is advisable:

a. Not to bring highly valuable possession during stay.

b. To make sure doors and windows kept lock when leaving the house or sleeping during day and night time.

c. All electrical switch and socket turn off after usage. It is highly recommended to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house unattended.


THE MANAGEMENT OF MIDA HOMESTAY (RUMAH REHAT MIDA) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGE, BODILY HARM, INJURY OR LOST OF LIFE TO THE TENANTS, THEIR OCCUPANTS OR GUESTS OR THEIR PROPERTY DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE MANAGEMENT.
